Detailed Pricing Information
I assess your project from the information you provide when requesting a quote. Items included in your design are listed in the contract, i.e. number of pages, product listings, contact forms, links, and images. Requests for items that are not listed in the contract are billed separately for an additional fee.
Design Fees
Designs are billed on a per project basis with 1/2 of the design fee due as a deposit along with your signed contract. Final payment is due upon completion and/or launch of the website, whichever comes first.
Billing Terms
All invoices are due with a Net Term of 15 days.
A one-time late payment fee of $25 will be charged on all overdue accounts. Payments must be postmarked by the due date on your invoice to avoid the late payment charge.
A $35.00 fee is charged when your bank does not honor your check or electronic payment.
Service Plans
Your Service Plan rate is listed in your contract. You can choose the Service Plan you want (currently available in 3, 6, 9, 12, and 24 hour plans). Recommendations are made based on your input and the size and type of website.
Free Updates
All packages include 6 months of free updates.
The first six months from the date of the contract include free updates. This gives you time to reflect on the finished design and request minor changes. After the free update period your Service Plan includes service time to keep your web site fresh and up to date. Additional service time will be billed at the regular rate.
Contract
I'm easy to work with and will sometimes do extra things for free. The contract spells out what is and isn't included and what the fees are, and protects all parties involved in case there is a problem.
Payments
Accepted payment methods include cash, check or money order.
For your convenience, credit card payments are accepted through PayPal.
