A small website design company, DataFlurry seems to focus primarily on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SES (Search Engine Submission). Their portfolio is well organized and displays a number of pleasant and well-thought-out designs. Disappointingly, a number of the websites in their portfolio do not even have a proper DOCTYPE set in the web page code, and some even use antiquated FONT tags, leaving me no choice but to give a low rating for technical correctness. Marketing gimmicks like "FIRST 3 MONTHS HOSTING 95% OFF" combined with a lack of solid pricing information also leave something to be desired.
On a more positive note, DataFlurry has a modest but helpful knowledgebase and support center for existing clients, and the owner was quick and friendly in his email response to my request for information. All in all, this company is worth a look for your cheap website design project.
