Xpirt Web Design has a well-built, nicely SEO'ed website. Their marketing focuses primarily on Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Submission. As is typical for SEOcompanies, their site has that slightly "spammy" feel with repeating keywords throughout the pages, but Xpirt Web Design actually pulls it off. Their coding is well-written, the designs are pleasant, and they've proven their SEO abilities by ranking high on Google for cheap website design.
I was disappointed not to receive a response to my request for more information, and it would be nice to see some website design pricing up-front, however their portfolio looks good enough to warrant a further look. Give Xpirt Web Design a try.
